Robert Diamond, M.D.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans in 1972, Dr. Diamond earned his M.D. degree at S.U.N.Y. Downstate, College of Medicine, in Brooklyn, New York (1972-1976).

Following his internship at the Metropolitan Medical Center in New York City (1976-1977), Dr. Diamond completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Cornell Medical Center in New York City (1977-1980).

Dr. Diamond continued his training with a fellowship in neuro and musculoskeletal medical imaging and interventional radiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California (1980-1981)

David Noah Strauss, M.D.

After completing his B.A. in Economics at Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences in Washington, D.C. (1993), Dr. Strauss earned his M.D. degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine (1998).

Dr. Strauss served with the U.S. Navy from 1999 to 2007. During that time he completed his Internship Program (Internal Medicine) at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland (2000), his Residency Program at Georgetown University Medical Center (2006), and then Fellowship Training in Musculoskeletal Imaging at New York University Medical Center/ Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City (2007).

Dr. Strauss has been with Millennium Medical Imaging, P.C. in Latham, New York since August 2007. He currently serves as a staff radiologist at Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, New York, and is also Medical Director of Capital Region Upright MRI in Latham, New York.

Philip Fear, M.D.

After completing his undergraduate studies at SUNY-Binghamton, New York, Dr. Fear earned his M.D. degree at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York (1991).

Following his Internship at Malcolm Grow U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Andrews AFB in Maryland, Dr. Fear spent the next two years in the Air Force as General Medical Officer and Flight Surgeon. In 1994, Dr. Fear was awarded the U.S.A.F. Air Medal for his part as Flight Surgeon in the rescue of an injured marine off the coast of Korea in the Yellow Sea, north of the 38th Parallel. Dr. Fear completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology in 1998 at David Grant Medical Center at the Travis AFB in California and then served as an Air Force radiologist for the next two years, primarily at Fort Detrick, MD, Andrews AFB, MD, and Osan AFB, Korea.

Dr. Fear left military service in 2000. He has since served two years as a staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse and then three years at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, New York.

Dr. Fear has been with Millennium Medical Imaging, P.C. in Latham, New York since August 2005, serving as President since October 2011. Dr. Fear’s primary hospital affiliation is Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, New York, where he has served as Chairman of Radiology since September, 2011.

Damon J. DeTeso, M.D.

After completing his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, Dr. DeTeso earned his M.D. degree at the University of Massachusetts, also in Worcester (1998).

Following his Internship at Harvard Medical School at Framingham MetroWest Hosptial in Framingham, Massachusetts (1999), Dr. DeTeso completed his Residency Program at Tufts University in Boston (2003) and then Fellowship Training in Cross-Sectional Imaging (CT/MRI/US) at the University of California in San Francisco (2004).

Dr. DeTeso has been with Millennium Medical Imaging, P.C. in Latham, New York since August 2004.

Following his internship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York (1982-1983), Dr. Hershowitz completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Cornell-North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY (1983-1986).

Dr. Hershowitz completed his fellowship as instructor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Neuroradiology Section, at the University of Maryland Medical System Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland (1986-1987)
